Topic challenge : Changes

At 2am, Sunday March 29th 2020, all the clocks in the UK were put forward an hour, marking the start of British Summer Time (BST). This ritual, designed to make the most of the extra daylight that’s available during the summer months, was introduced in 1916 and has been the source of much debate ever since.

Changing the clocks every spring and autumn might have made sense over a hundred years ago, but is it still useful today? What do you think?
