There is an investigation to find out if seeds and plants need soil to germinate. However, if you find that tricky, have a go at the germinating socks idea - you only need to go on a muddy walk in a pair of socks!
This week, we would like you to enjoy some music activities. There are two songs for you to join in with. The first is ‘Answer the Call’ which needs you to use your body to keep the beat, and the second is a song to sing called ‘Glad to be Me’. Why not make an instrument to play while you sing? There are some ideas here, but make whatever you want to.T

This page tells you how to login so that the Music Express song bank can be accessed. Once into the song bank, you can search for the songs which you can then play with the lyrics showing. When the children are confident with the song, you can select ‘backing’ so only their voice can be heard.
