Nick Busfield-Birch - Co-opted Governor

Born and raised in Borehamwood, I attended Meryfield myself in the 1990's and now my children follow in my footsteps.

 

I have 15 years of experience in Financial Services and working in Insurance, Banking and Motor Finance. I am currently the Head of Customer Service for Mercedes-Benz Finance and am also a Director of the Company’s Pension Scheme, Daimler Financial Services UK (Trustees) Limited as a Company Nominated Trustee. It is this professional experience that I hope to bring to the Governing Body and apply my knowledge to help drive the group forward, assisting with the progress of the school.

 

Outside of work as well as volunteering as a Governor, I also volunteer at the neighbouring Borehamwood Youth Football Club, coaching my eldest son’s team as well as an accounts auditor for a local Scout group.
