Cherylan Martindale - Trustee Nominee
Cherylan has been part of the Meryfield community since her eldest son joined Reception back in 2002. She became a Parent Governor in 2004 and, when her youngest son left the school in 2017 she remained as a co-opted Governor and Vice Chair. She was appointed as Chair in the academic year 2021/2022, taking over from the departing Chair, Mr John Cooper. In her professional life she is a HR Leader in a large professional services firm and, with over 25 years experience in Human Resources, she is passionate about ensuring that all children (and future generations), are provided with the skills and knowledge to enable them to reach their full potential as adults.
